Job opportunities at The Bridge International School


Working at The Bridge International School is to become part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team of teachers, recruited from within Cameroon and internationally, working within an Anglophone environment.

We have small class sizes, our average number from Pre-Nursery to Year 11 for this year being 15 students per class. The Early Years classes follow the pedagogy of the UK National system and a blend of the Maria Montessori philosophy, delivering a curriculum designed by our teachers to meet the educational and developmental needs of our learners.
The Cambridge International Examinations programmes in Primary and Secondary up to IGCSE, are followed and we are currently in the process of setting up our Sixth Form (Advanced Subsidiary Level and Advanced Level in Years 12 and 13). We will therefore be looking for suitably qualified candidates with A-Level experience to join our staff in the near future.

We expect our teachers to have a relevant first degree and teaching certificates, and experience with any of the Cambridge Primary International Programme, Cambridge Secondary 1,IGCSEs and GCE.

We are committed to the continuing professional development of our staff, through in-house workshops, on-line training with CIE, and in the future, with the IB.
